We are the 99 construction clan CONtroll. Founded on the 12/04/11 (thats a UK date, 04/12/11 for Americans) we are the first registered 99 construction clan. The originals.

We have no other requirements other than that you have a skillcape of construction. (Which is quite a big one, really)

All people are welcome, regardless of country, skills, pking, not pking, absolutely anyone is welcome. But you have to be nice, and if you cant be nice, be quiet. Inactivity is not a problem either.
